  • Systematically assessed the software expenses for the product, engineering, data, and marketing, finding ​over $70K in savings in the first four weeks. Set up a process for future spend requests to be submitted ​for approval, then reviewed and approved or denied all requests
  • Act as the main point of contact/gatekeeper for the CPTO, including independent prioritization, proactive ​schedule changes, and email management
  • Act as a thought partner, confidante, cheerleader, and sanity keeper for the CPTO
