Act as the main point of contact/gatekeeper between clients, other assistants, and the CEO
Extensive complex calendar management, independent prioritization, and proactive schedule changes navigating schedules of very senior executives
Liaising with C-level executives at global high-profile companies to schedule complex virtual and in-person meetings and events
Research of software and CRM platforms to increase efficiencies across the company; consistently improve processes for efficiency
Creation and maintenance of administration manual which outlines step-by-step processes for daily running of the office
Ensure contract obligations are met and that all client meetings that are connected to scheduled contracts are tracked for accurate billing
Liaison with the Financial Manager (based in The Netherlands) and Personal Assistant (New York) to ensure seamless support of the CEO
Documentation preparation including compiling reports, creating presentations, agendas, client onboarding packets, and drafting emails on behalf of the CEO
Domestic and international travel planning for CEO's business and personal trips, including family vacations
